We can never ever, if we have any remnant of a god given soul, become so cavalier as to take our role as hunter and killer of beasts in a light hearted "matter of fact, better than thou" fashion. God has given us the power over all living things and with it comes a huge responsibility to exercise wisdom and restraint. I do know one thing for sure, hunting gives animals value, and that value helps them survive. Without hunting - many animals today would be disappearing from our world. - Ray Paolucci -

It's hard to find the words to describe what a wonderful hunting experience Dexter, John and I had in Masame, without writing several pages. The camp was absolutely spotless, the food was fabulous, the service was first class, the hunting was great, the entire camp staff were wonderful, warm and friendly. Having spent over 600 days of my life hunting on the continent of Africa, I can say without reservation; this was the most enjoyable experience I have had in Africa to date. All of the professional hunters and managers in camp were wonderful and worked together as a team to insure each of us had a safe and successful safari. Christo, Dave, Edwin and Gary deserve special thanks from all of us. All of them are clean cut, courteous and professional gentlemen. Every hunter dreams of going on a hunt and the entire experience leaving him longing to go back and enjoy it again with his new found friends. I absolutely hope that life blesses me and allows me the privilege to come back to Botswana real soon, and enjoy the excitement, the emotions and the humbling experience of tracking and taking one of God's greatest creatures. I watched you latest DVD on hunting elephants in Botswana before I went on the hunt. In it I believe you said the hunts are a warm, emotional experience. I can't tell you how true that was for me. After my bull was on the ground I found myself holding back tears, shedding tears, and yet feeling wonderful. I have never experienced so many emotions from a hunt.
If any of your clients are unsure about Mario due to his age, please have them contact me. I will give him a wonderful recommendation because he is an outstanding PH and will do nothing but get better. I am not saying this because I was successful, but because of his attention to detail and his knowledge of elephants.
